The Atal Incubation Centre- Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology (AIC-CCMB) is a technology business incubator supporting deep science startups. Established at CSIR-CCMB, Hyderabad under the Atal Innovation Mission of NITI Aayog, GoI in 2017, this incubation centre has become a hub for life sciences and biotechnology startups and MSME’s from all over Telangana and the country in a very short time. The centre also hosts a number of grants and startup programs from various Ministries and departments, besides handling CSR projects as well.
We are looking for Senior Accounts Executive to perform accounting activities of the incubator efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate should be a sincere, hardworking, self-starter and go-getter with good written and verbal communication skills.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Daily accounting operations, including taxation, accounts and core processes.
- Proficient in accounting principles, journal/ledger entries, and taxation.
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle tax invoices, payments, expense booking, and voucher maintenance.
- Expert in GST Act, including payments and returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
- Independently manage TDS, GST, PT, EPF calculations, filings, and related compliances. Reconcile TDS with form 26 AS, client follow-ups.
- Manage monthly Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Calculate salaries, benefits, deductions per company policy and legal regulations.
- Assist with quarterly/year-end financial audits and corporate financial controls audit.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal government requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- More than 3 years experience in the field of accounts tax and audit in a corporate company.
- 5+ years’ experience in an accounting firm
- Proficient in Tally and other e-filing software/portals.
- Account handling experience in a public organization or incubator will be an added advantage.
