About AIC-CCMB

The Atal Incubation Centre- Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology (AIC-CCMB) is a premier technology incubator supporting deep science start-ups. Established at CSIR – CCMB, Hyderabad under the Atal Innovation Mission of NITI Aayog, GoI in 2017, this incubation centre has become a hub for life sciences and biotechnology start-ups and MSMEs from all over Telangana and the country in a very short time.

As the number of start-ups incubated at the centre grows, we are looking for a self-starting individual who can assist the AIC-CCMB team with running various programs and day-to-day operations. We are looking for a self-motivated, confident, presentable and spontaneous team player who can multi-task and can wear many hats. As a part of a vibrant ecosystem, you will get a chance to hone your skills while enjoying the perks of working closely with different start-ups. shall be responsible for building an appropriate and self-sustaining incubation model by supporting the development of high-impact technology-driven start-ups in healthcare.

Primary Responsibilities:

• End-to end implementation of various innovation programs and evaluating the progress as per the milestones, KPIs and metrics of the agency
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects from ideation to implementation, organise workshops, networking events and meetings ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage the incubation process for startups, providing mentorship, resources, and support
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, investors, and government agencies to drive collaboration and support for innovation initiatives.
• Engage in social media and community-building activities to enhance brand visibility for the Incubator.
• Manage incubator facilities and equipment under the program

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• PhD in life sciences or Master’s degree in Engineering/ Life Sciences from a reputed institute. MBA, Master programs in Entrepreneurship or certification in innovation programs from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in startup ecosystems, business incubation, or entrepreneurship is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in mentorship or coaching.
• Network of contacts in the startup and venture capital communities.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in technology and innovation.
• Design or rapid prototyping experience preferred.

Remuneration

Rs 6 LPA – 8 LPA commiserate of qualification and experience.
